So you’re wondering how Vietnam has been? Well well well…it has been so joy-filled and wholesome. Our own apartment is decorated for Christmas that our host so graciously provided decorations for. We share meals that we cook for ourselves, and we spend everyday drinking $1.70 Vietnamese coffee (that is by far the best coffee I have had). A 20 minute walk takes you to the beach, and right next door is a billiards that we spend our spare time at (don’t worry we just really like to play pool). The people here are so kind and loving. Our host and ministry partners embody a servant’s heart, and they have eyes for the blind sheep. Tuesday through Saturday we teach English classes to students who are going to the local universities. Our goal is to create deep relationships with each one of them before sharing His love to them. It’s only been a week but we’re already creating long-lasting memories. I’ve attached lots of pictures in this blog so you get a good idea of what kind of memories we’re making.
